    renewing creative cloud from free to paid membership

      I received a free year for Creative Cloud by attending Adobe Max in May 2013. The free subscription is up in a few days and I entered my credit card info into my account. I would like to pay upfront for 12 months instead of monthly and when I click on the learn more tab and enter my account password I get a yellow box with "Oops! We have detected an error and were unable to update your plan."  I have tried using both firefox and safari browsers to update my plan over the past few days but get the same message every time.
