Hi, I'm looking for a soultion where I can display a swf file which in turns has an iFrame in it, on a button click in exported SWF.
In more detail I've a digital flip book (exported as swf from InDesign) which has some animation, slideshow etc. Now my requirement is to open URL in fixed size window on a button click. So we have created a swf file with iFrame in it and that needs to be displayed on a button click.
Hope I'm clear here. Can anyone out there help me on this.
Not going to happen with SWF.
You'll need to use an HTML5 solution.
Thanks for reply Bob, Could you pls. be little more elaborative on HTML5 soution? any doc, link or little discriptive steps would be very helpful as my knowledge is limited in interactive development.
Thanks in advance
I have the same issue Mac - I have seen videos on doing this, but the "how to" videos leave out steps or elaborate on points where I need the basics. There is something about exporting pdfs from InDesign and then bringing it back into Indesign to export as the necessary file for HTML ... just the SWF along doesn't work because it is reading files on he computer which are not exported to the HTML. The PDFs pull everything together ... but that's as far as I've gotten. :/
