Thanks. i have done that. I have assigned two seats (4 licences) to one user. When I try to run the software I get the message that I must log out of one of the two other devices that have CC activated. Given we have purchased two seats (4 licences) I should be free to install on two more PCs.
It won't be usefull to assign two seats (4 licenses) to one user.
The activation system allows 2 activations per user (Adobe ID).
Therefore the message is right as you have to unassign the address and to replace it by another one.
You can install the product and you can activate on four computers with the Cloud Membership you bought but please remind one email address can't be used more than 2 activations.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Well it is useful for me because I have 4 devices and one official email adress. I am not allowed to have a second email address. So I am stuck with no solution for the problem. Thanks
AnthonyConferenceSupport are you the only user on these 4 different computer/devices?
If so then please be aware that you can only activate the software on up to two computers. You can install the software on as many computers as you would like. You will only be able to use the software on two computers with your Adobe ID.
