I installed the actual Flash Player Version under Firefox. Is it necessary to install it also under Safari and Opera again ?

For Safari and Opera? No. They share the same plug-in with Firefox.

IE uses the ActiveX plug-in, and Chrome uses "PepperFlash", which is embedded by Google.
