Under the Email provided here, there is one Individual CC registered, have you tried logging out & logging back of the CC desktop top App.
It has been activated twice & also de activated twice.
As of now it is not activated.
Please let us know if it worked or you can contact Adobe as mentioned by John.
Thanks. User interface design problem. There was a big blue button labelled "continue" next to a message which says "resend confirmation email". I assumed that it would resend a confirmation email to the account that I have nothing to do with. Instead it opened the login form that I had been looking for all along. Complete waste of 4 hours because I trusted a poorly design piece of UX. Thanks for your help people.
