    Disconnect associated unverified account

      I am on a Mac and I cannot for the life of me disconnect a crewative cloud account that has been previously entered and not verified by a previous user. For this reason I cannot connect with my own account to download and install your products.

       

      I have uninstalled all Adobe products. I have also uninsrtalled and reinstalled Create Cloud. It STILL asks me to verify the old account which has absolutely nothing to do with me.

       

      Can you please advise how I can disassociate the old account and login with my own Creative Cloud credentials?
