Chuck Uebele Apr 29, 2014 5:48 PM (in response to Janet C Schill)What OS are you using? On Windows, you can no longer make changes to things in the program files, so you just have to go in with your admin logon and give yourself permission to the folders.

Go to to Explorere and find the Program Files folder, then Adobe (I'm assuming this issue is with your program folders rather than your personal app data folders). Right click on the Adobe folder and in the context menu select "Security." Click the "Edit" button and select your logon ID. Click the box that says "Full Control," then select "Apply." That should do it. Then close all the dialog boxes.
