From my research people either love or hate the sound of a
mouse click during their animations. Despite that I would like to
try and please all my viewers (hey, I'm just that kinda guy). So I
would like to provide a mouse click sound, but I would like to
lower the volume of it. I've found the appropriate mp3 files, but
now I need to figure out how to adjust their volume.
Can this be done inside Captivate or is an external audio
program required, and if so, what such program is the best
(read:cheap, but good).
I know Adobe has their own sound editor, but I might suggest
you investigate a way cool application called Audacity. It's open
source and pretty easy to use! If you work with MP3 files, you will
also want something called the LAME encoder.
