Sorry for the slow reply but I will confirm that I think it is a bug. It was only when I reread the paragraph below in this thread again today that it clicked I had seen this when beta testing Rh11.
"This means I cannot map a RoboHelp style called BodyText to the Word style Body Text for example, like I used to in RoboHelp 10. When I try to map RoboHelp styles in the Print Document Appearance dialog to the equivalent style in Word, RoboHelp won't let me select a style and tells me that "Preview is not available for muti-styles". And even that is wrong because it is not multi-styles that are the issues it is Linked styles."
I encountered it and reported it. To be fair to Adobe they came back seeking more information and in the project I was working on, I could not recreate it. I don't have the details now.
I wonder if you are using Word 2013 as Microsoft made a number of changes that have given me and a professional Word developer we use some problems?
Do report it as a bug and include your Word version in the report.
