    Billing failed three times, account cancelled


      I had a problem with my CC that took a week to resolve, in this time the automatic billing failed three times and I received and email telling me my account was automatic cancelled.


      The issue was solved and I cound't find how to reactivate my account, so I ordered again.


      Now I have to plans in my account, the old one, where the billing is supposed to be on the 20th and the new one, on 1st of each month. The thing is, when I click the option to manage my account, both plans open the same window, with the date of the new plan.



      Will I be billed twice for the same account? Or even have any issues with the cancelation of the old plan?
