    Echo/ hollow sound

    NWilson

Hi does anybody know if it is possible to reduce the hollow sound that my video recording has picked up due to the room i film in having wooden flooring and not carpet. i want to lay a bed of low music behind my voice but the hollow sound is making the music less audible. Using PE 12

      Thanks.

It's very difficult to remove distortion and other environmental noise from audio.

You can try applying a Noise Gate, which removes audio below a certain volume threshold. This effect designed to remove hiss and room noise in between lines of dialog. It's probably the closest you'll get to a fix for this audio problem .
