    Account details for this user... email error

      Hi all,

       

      Need a bit of help please.  When trying to set up my email I'm getting the following error:

       

      "Account details for this user can only be updated from the site it was created on"

       

      Details:

      I'm a CC subscriber and I've just upgraded to webBasics+ so I can have my email mailbox.  I currently use the email address through 1&1 where I registered my domain but it's just set up as a forwarded at the moment.  There's no mailbox with 1&1.  I'm guessing I need to do something on the 1&1 site but I can't seem to find any FAQ covering this.  Sorry if I've missed it.

       

      So I'm looking for some advice on how to change my email from being forwarded to my own ISP's mailbox from 1&1 to just being hosted on Bc.  Basically cutting 1&1 out of the loop altogether.

       

      Hope that makes sense!  Any help greatly appreciated.

          In case anyone else has this problem and comes across this post, i had this sorted by sending a support ticket.  they sorted this really fast and I think it was something they had to do at their end.  Anyway, i wouldn't advise posting about it on the forum.
