We've mentioned on occasions about how careful you need to be when exporting a layered PSD file to PDF, and then later re-saving the PSD. It used to be oh so easy to end up with a flattened PSD file, which is something I fell foul of _twice_ before I realised what was going on. So I have been doing similar work today, and can't make it happen even when trying to in order to prove a point. Is this just my better workflow, or has that tiny glitch been fixed I wonder?
Like I said, I was trying to make it happen by unchecking layers in the PDF save dialog box, and then later saving the PSD without worrying about layers. It looks like the save dialog box always defaults to having layers checked. I don't think that used to happen.
