    I've been charged twice in three days

      Hi.

      A couple of weeks ago I've been unable to prolong my subscription due to medical condition. Now, about a week ago i got home and found my subscription innactive (some apps wont launch, others - only demo versions). So i figured the fastest way to solve this is to buy new subscription. I did it before, when there was some issues with updating payment info. So, i bought new sub, everything fine, and than today i've recieved a message, that i've been charged once again . I checked my adobe account and found out, that now i have two active subsctiptions. That was quite unexpected since i thought that innacitve sub will stay innactive for good. Can you, please, disable one of the subs and give me a refund?
