Thanks all for your help in advance.
We are about to roll out a process that allows managers to provide employee feedback to us via a form I designed in Acrobat and imported into FormsCentral.
I was wondering if there was any way for a manager to share this completed form with the employee after submitting it to us WITHOUT the employee having the ability to re-submit the information. The best solution I found was Printing the form as a PDF which removed the submit button but does not allow for excess data in certain date fields to be viewable.
There may not be a great solution but any help would be appreciated.
If you use Export to PDF from FormsCentral (in the View Responses tab) you will get a pdf that has the responses but does not have the submit button. This workflow has the added bonus that the answers cannot be edited/changed.
This is probably our best option. I don't suppose there is a way for this to be done on the user end (i.e. those managers who will be using Reader to complete our form.)
You would have to add the managers as Co-authors or Contributors to the form. I would use Contributor. This will give them the ability to edit the responses (including export to pdf) but will not allow them to change the design of the form.
