I'm trying to log in into my adobe cloud on my desktop to install a new app. I'm using the correct adobe id and password but when I type in, I get told that I'm logged out and that I should sign in. I'm 100% sure that I do use the correct log in data. I also tried to change the password and a complete new install of adobe cloud but nothing changed.
I can log in on adobe.com without any problem. Somebody any ideas how to solve this problem? I'm using Win7 with all latest updates. Also deactivating the firewall and virus scan didn't help.
Any ideas what the problem could be?

Please navigate to C/Users/User Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and delete it(Windows).
Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it.
Enable user library: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html.
Launch CC desktop and try to sign in.
