8.5 x 11 and choose your orientation
Draw guides with the Ruler (View>Show Rulers) - this can indicate where the fold is going to go.
You can also draw margins with the rulers for the rows (horizontal columns?)
Have you ever done a Z fold brochure?
Perhaps talk with the printing company before you start as they may need the folds to be precise.
If they are anyway decent they'll supply you a template to use with the folds already marked on it.
I have not done a Z Fold. I thought someone might know a trick to being able to just create the columns. (like you can doing them vertical). I did download a template from the printer so I guess all is well. Thanks for your response.
If you've never done one before then I highly suggest you draw it on paper first and work it out away from the computer before you start.
This is great for getting the template setup and working, then you can follow that to recreate it on the screen.
Can you show us a mockup of what you want?
I think I have it now. I downloaded a template for horizontal Z Fold and used it. What I was originally talking about though was instead of having my 8.5 x 11 vertical, I wanted to set it up landscape and was wondering if there was a way to add the columns. Thank you though.
