If you start at the Forums Index http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa
You will be able to select a forum for the specific Adobe product(s) you use
Click the "down arrow" symbol on the right (where it says ALL FORUMS) to open the drop down list and scroll
Moving to Indesign forum.
Blurry view in InDesign: Choose View > Display Performance > High Quality Display
Blurry print from InDesign: Choose File > Print > Graphics > Images > Send Data: All
Blurry in PDF: Fix above items first; ensure links are up to date; post a screenshot here of your PDF Export settings.
As John said.
If you place images from Photoshop use PSD.
If you place graphics from Illustrator use AI files.
EPS will cause transparency flattening and might result in worse quality.

If you intend to print this, don't use the PDF (Interactive) export. Change the type dropdown in the Export dialog to PDF (Print), or use File > Adobe PDF Presets to choose a preset that is appropriate for your output.
