I don't think I am setting my forms correctly. I simply want to make sure that when a user enters information into the forms, that multiple recipients receive the information. I have the "Send email notification when submissions are received" checked, I have two email addresses where the information is to be sent and yet it does not forward completed info to all recipients but only sends to one?
Am I doing something wrong?
In order for everyone to receive email notifications, they need to have a valid FormsCentral account. The account needs to use the same email address that you are attempting to send email to. In addition, the recipient needs to be able to receive email from FormsCentral. Many companies/email clients may have filters that are blocking the messages. Make sure that users check their Junk folder or check with their IT department.
