Maria which specific Creative Suite 6 software are you attempting to install? Do you receive any specific error messages? Finally which version of Mac OS are you using?
I am using OS X 10.9.2 and I'm attaching the error message I get. I am
trying to install InDesign CS6 in order to convert my book to Kindle, but
Amazon's plug-in only works with InDesign CS6 NOT with InDesign CC.
I am attaching the Kindle Plugin also.

OK, now I have been in touch with different people from support 3 days on a row. I have uninstalled and re-installed InDesign CS6 a number of times (at least 4 times) I have used Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool twice, and I still cannot use InDesign CS6 on my computer. I repeatedly get the same message What can I do?????
Moving this discussion to the InDesign forum.
Thriller-writer the community in the InDesign forum is going to be able to better assist you with plug-in failures. It would also be beneficial if you can translate the error messages to English. This will allow a wider audience to assist with your current difficulties. There is no easy image translation software available. It is likely you can grab the text itself from the error which the forum should then translate for you utilizing the translate feature.
Are you able to launch InDesign and create and save a new file as .indd?
Have you tried downloading and installing the updates for the DPS tools? See Digital Publishing Suite Help | Installing DPS tools
I'll translate the messages. First:
It was impossible to read in DigitalPublishing.InDesignPlugin because the program JBX is needed. Install JBX and restart InDesign
Motor: Kindle export
File: /Applications/Adobe InDesign CS6/Scripts/Export for Kindle/startup scripts/
Kindle Export MenultemLoader.jsx
Souce: Golder. current = CacheCurrent ;
Various support people have taken over my desktop to install and uninstall, to no avail. NO I have not tried Digital Publishing Suite Help because I did not know it exists ...@
InDesign CS6 does not open.
Has it ever opened?
Looking at Digital Publishing Suite help I realize the last person from support did install this too.
Some weeks ago i worked ok.
The next step is to see if ID will launch if you log onto the Mac using a different user account.
If you get the same error, then there is a problem at the application or system level, and you will need to uninstall again, run the cleaner tool again, then restart the Mac in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key before running the installer again.
I'll try that.
