Is it possible to find out the type of browser/system that were used to submit the blank response? Is this a FormsCentral Web form or a FormsCentral PDF form?
Is the form shared to other users? would it be possible that a row was added manually by accident?

I have no clue what browser was used or how to even find that out. The row is completely blank.
There is one other person who has access to the database. But the row was added just after midnight, and I know it wasn't her or me.

I'm receiving blank forms also after my clients have filled them out! this is frustrating. I am sending them the link, so it is on FormCentral.
I distributed the link in many ways, post on Basecamp, emailed, etc....
How can we control what the user uses for a browser? Didn't FormCentral think that through??
