      some of my files are syncing, one is not. We have tried deleting the file altogether (after we exhausted all other sharing and syncing options) and reloading it to the cloud. I still cannot see my co-workers file. I see the other files she put in the cloud. we made changes and watched the files sync updates live. Those work. it's just one file that I cannot even see in their anymore that she reloaded. And, I was never seeing updates occur in the file before she deleted it. What are we doing wrong?
