    I'm unable to change the Adobe ID. I need to remove the current email address that is associate with it, and change it to a different one, but it won't verify the new address.

      When I attempt to change the Adobe ID (or email address), it is unable to verify the address and keeps trying to change the .ca to a .com, (it is most certainly a .ca email address).

       

      Any information would be useful!
