More information is needed to help you resolve your issues.

Are you saying that both Photoshop Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 crash when you

          a. click on the desktop icon for the programs

          b. click on Elements Organizer 12

          c. click on Editor

          d. other

Let us go through the typical drill

          a. Have you looked at the problem with and without the antivirus disabled?

          b. Have you right clicked the desktop icon of the programs and selected Run As Administration as well as running the programs from a User Account with Administrative Privileges?

          c. Is the video card/graphics card driver up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card? Does you computer use 2 instead of one video card/graphics card?

          d. When you install the programs, did you install to the default location in Local Disk C? Is this Intel SSD, your C drive and how much free space is on it now?

          e. How much installed RAM does your computer have? How much free hard drive space does your computer have? Are you working in a school or company network?

Let us start here and then decide what next.

          Thanks.

Forgot to ask...have you looked at the computer Event Viewer/Windows Logs/Application in order to locate error or other notations that might point to your crash issue?
