      I believe I made a purchasing mistake. My goal was to purchase the following, as a friend told me about it. I use Adobe photoshop, and Adobe illustrator all the time. But I cant keep up with all the new releases, so I was told I can purchase them from adobe on a month to month basis. I bought/signed up with you for creative cloud. I thought that was to get to use the newest versions of Illustrator, and photoshop, but after a month, it cancelled, and I cannot use it. I signed up for a year, thinking it was to use the programs, but it seems its something else. can you help me. I want to not have what i bought, and find the correct way to pay to use Illustrator, and Photoshop. Thank you
