I've been trying for the past hour to access my "Plan Information" tab from within the CC dashboard - all it does is indefinitely show the "loading" boxes animation. I've tried reloading and using two different browsers. I have no trouble seeing the rest of the site, or any other web page. I need to deactivate my copy of CS5.

Yep, same here. Can't access my receipt. I don't know why they don't send a long a PDF receipt along with the payment notification email. And the "An annual membership brings substantial savings to your monthly fee, and you’ll enjoy all the same benefits you do today." link brings you to a page where there is in fact no option to pay on a yearly basis. Odd to say the least.

Could you try to purge the cookies and cache of the browser you are using and try to log back in to the page. It should work now. There was an issue which has been fixed now.
