Classroom in a Book. p128 mentioned Preparation Page ... to what does this refer?

In order to get a better grasp of Muse I decided to work through this book. I have noticed a few items that don't appear on my screen but are mentioned in the book. I can accept differences in editions but a preparation page doesn't make sense. Is it the Home page or the Test page that was set up in an earlier lesson. The lesson is about creating dotted lines which are not a problem. I ask about this preparation page and hope that there are not too many differences between the book's version of Muse and my own - Cloud CC updated.

In Kevins Koffee Kart finished muse file , Preparation page includes Anchor functions.

The plan layout you sent in no way resembles what is on my screen - nor do it confor to any of the images in the book. Thanks for your input but it does not explain what is meant by a preparation page. So I am still none the wiser. I believe that we have two different editions of the Kevin'sKoffeeKart web site.

With Kevin's Koffee Kart , "finished " version includes the preparation page.
