Best format to export for a Mac

I imported a quicktime movie i created in premiere elements 12 as a quicktime movie into after effects and applied the warp stabilizer and am now trying to export the movie again back to the Mac.  Any suggestions.  Film is in high quality 1080p.

If the movie you exported from Premiere was satisfactory, you could just copy the settings.

If quality is paramount and drive space is plentiful, use a lossless codec like Quicktime Animation (100% quality), Quicktime PNG, or Quicktime Uncompressed.

If space is a problem, use a compressed format like ProRes (if you have it) or Quicktime PhotoJPEG.
