Sure. Just add a button, add a "Go to page view" command to its Mouse Up
action, and then browse to the location you want to link to and press the
Set Link button in the floating window.
In addition to buttons, you can explore hyperlink options as well.
In particular if you want to click on a word and want to navigate to some other word/text in some other place then Text Anchor could be a good choice for it.
Create a hyperlink destination with type Text Anchor selected in it for the text you want to navigate to. Create a new hyperlink with Text Anchor selected as Link To, on the text from where you want to navigate.

I am actually working on sap interactive adobe forms.
I do not see text anchor or any option which were mentioned here.
I'm not familiar with that editor. I was referring to Adobe Acrobat in my reply.
