Odd shortcut keys in InDesign CC [Win x64]

In InDesign (and InDesign only, both 32 and 64 bit) the View menu shows odd and non-functional shortcut keys for grids and guides. In the menu the semicolon has been replaced by a degree sign and the single quote by a slanted quote `. For instance, the shortcut for the command Hide guides has become Ctrl+degree sign and show baseline grid has become Ctrl+`.

Simply using the right keys does not work.

To be clear: the same shortcuts in Illustrator CC and Photoshop CC work perfectly fine (and appear correct in the View menu).

I'm running Creative Cloud Dutch on Windows 8.1 x64.

      Any thoughts on this issue?
