Supply pertinent information for quicker answers
The more information you supply about your situation, the better equipped other community members will be to answer. Consider including the following in your question:
- Adobe product and version number
- Operating system and version number
- The full text of any error message(s)
- What you were doing when the problem occurred
- Screenshots of the problem
- Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; amount of RAM; etc.
Adobe bridge cc 18.104.22.168 x64,Windows 7 Professional (x64) Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 3.33 gigahertz Intel Core i7 X 980, AMD Radeon HD 6450 , 12280 Megabytes Usable Installed Memory, message: no items to display. I opened Bridge and the error message appeared immediately.
Have you tried editing you Bridge preferences cache and purged it. It that does not fix it. Close Bridge use file explored set so it cab see hidden files and locate:
"C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CC" and rename the folder to "Bridge CC Old". Then start Bridge CC it should build a new folder "Bridge CC".
I reset "C:\Users\Your User ID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Bridge CC" and renamed the folder to "Bridge CC Old". When I opened bridge, I received the same error message, no items to display.
