Will you be able to find out which browser/system your client used when submitting and when saving the form?
Is your form a FormsCentral HTML form embedded in a web page or just the HTML form link which you distribute to your clients directly?
Thank you for your response.
Our client used Internet Explorer 10.
We are using a HTML online form. WE send the form link to the clients.
I am having the same issue. I sent the form link to the clients (an HTML form) and they are getting the same error message as mentioned above after saving, reopening, and then attempting to submit the form. I have also tried and am getting the same response. This is on both Mac and Windows and Firefox and Chrome. The error message references this: [ref: gunBmFz3UUDyGr7c-cnT2A, serverUnknownError]
Apologies - my error message is not "bad server request". The error message reads:An error has occurred. There was an error communicating with the server. Please try again later.[ref: srYRrss2eXV96XPrS6SWRg, serverUnknownError]
Are you still having the problem?
@beanea: please try IE 10 with compatiblity mode OFF. Is your client attaching a file to the form?
@scuref: Please try again and let me know if you are still experiencing the problem.
I was never able to get one form with that error message to work, but the others seem to be submitting okay now.
