The invoice is generated once Adobe is able to charge you for the subscription.
You may follow the below mentioned link as it has been mentioned how to get a receipt or invoice:
Let us know if this helps,
I have been to that page many times and it never changes. That is where
you can print an invoice. An invoice is not the same thing as a receipt.
I need a receipt showing that your company has received my payment.
Adobe provides invoices which also serves the purpose of recipts too. You can use the invoice as proof of payment.
Your company may have decided that an invoice which shows the charge is the same thing as a receipt that confirms payment, but my company has not. Why can you not generate a receipt after you have received the payment?
I am having the same issue. My company will not accept the invoice because it is AN INVOICE. It's unbelievable to me that Adobe can't seem to understand the difference between an invoice that shows a balance due vs a paid invoice showing a $0 balance due and the last four of the credit card number. Lynda.com does it. Other companies do it. As a multinational technology corporation, Adobe should be able to figure this out!
I suggest this be escalated to your VP or Pres. It would be too embarrassing to let this detail slip. Especially when disgruntled consumers have so much access to social media. Adobe has a great reputation. Why not be a little more customer focused on this issue?
Cannot because an invoice is not a proof of payment if it still has a balance due.
As I said in the previous post, an invoice is not a proof of payment if it still has a balance due. It's very frustrating.
I can help get a receipt for you. Please send me a PM that includes the items you need receipts for.
In Adobe Invoices are regarded as receipts, they are also being officially as receipt. Please confirm is there any official need to have a bill as receipt not as invoice.
Thanks for your prompt response, Britt. (And Rajshree).
I appreciate that you are offering to get a receipt for me, but do I have to do this every month? Seems cumbersome for both me and Adobe.
Meanwhile, what is a PM?
Sorry about that - a PM is a private message. You can click on my username to PM me more details about the receipts you need.
there seems to not be a resolution to this problem,
was checking in with you to see if you ever connected with Adobe for some easier way of
having "proof" of payment rather than an invoice,
(i did send a msg to adobe staff as well)
