issue such that can not open HTML files.
Work around is to first save Help files and then
“open” from the saved location. This works for some
users but not for all users.
Users report that “Help” Link in coming up (after
a security warning about “unknown publisher” asking if
I want to open/save/cancel: and if first save and then open from
saved location; page can not be displayed message.
I'd greatly appreciate any help on resolving this issue?
