chip2494 Oct 15, 2014 5:31 PM (in response to Nic-Coe)Just encountered this same issue. My apps won't even open on 10.7.5 - Frustrating to see that your question has been ignored since May... Doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the Adobe support staff!

Nic-Coe Oct 15, 2014 5:37 PM (in response to chip2494)I spent ages trying to fix this, and then after a massive crash it suddenly started working again! There are some instructions posted by Adobe on similar threads somewhere in this forum to try and fix this but I'm sorry I don't quite remember where. I would uninstall the Creative Cloud App and download the latest Creative Cloud Installer app and see if that helps ..... I'm now running 10.9.5 so I don't have any more issues with that.
