One of our consultants completed a report using Adobe Formscentral yesterday - however when they went to submit the report they received the notification that FormsCentral was down for maintenance. They had no option to retrieve the data entered and so had to wait for the maintenance period to end before being able to re-access the form. Now that the site is back up, when using the form link they used to previously complete the form they are presented with a fully blank form. Does this therefore mean that the data previously entered is now completely lost? This is a very long form and the work is extremely important to us, so this would be a disaster if we are unable to retrieve the information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If the client started the form before our outage and then tried to submit during the outage it is possible that their form data was lost. Did the form have Save Web form enabled? Had the user saved at any point? Was it perhaps a PDF form? If any of these are true we might be able to help recover their data.
