Yesterday's maintenance period was quite an inconvenience for many of your users. How regular are these maintenance outages? Also, how do you intend to inform your users about such maintenance outages in future, so that they can mitigate against the problems that they will face in being unable to access their web forms?
Yesterday's downtime was not do to maintenance. The ability to sign in/up to any Adobe service (FormsCentral, Creative Cloud, Forums, Adobe Store, etc) were down which caused us to bring down the service until the issue was fixed. Teams within Adobe have addressed the issue and will put processes in place to make sure it doesn't happen again.
