I installed Photo deluxe 4.0 on my new computer running windows 7.  It won't boot up.  I can't find new drivers online and I can't uninstall it either.  What should I do?

I am wondering how and why you installed it? It is not compatible to your operating system. You should buy Photoshop Elements.

That was a freebie, half a$$ed application that was given away with scanners, digital cameras and the likes.  It has been obsolete and unsupported for years and years,
