I thought a 'perpetual license' was exactly that - perpetual.
I purchased the product in 2004 as a suite. I use it sporadically as a trainer. When I need it, I need it.
When I install I get a message saying my serial numbers are not valid any longer.
I contacted Adobe about this and after some effort was able to speak with someone who just kept insisting the product is no longer supported.
OK... I get that. But why doesn't my software work?!? I don't need support. I just need the license I purchased to work!
So I was eventually provided with a number that worked. But now it doesn't work any longer and I cannot find a phone number for Adobe.
Any help with this is greatly appreciated!
