I tried all these suggestions and have been searching all over the web. Uninstalled premiere and re-installed it... nothing. I do not look well in front of my client now, Adobe is undependable. How can Adobe sell software that completely crashes and then they don't stand behind their product by giving technical support? This question has been on the free forums and can not be answered. No explanation or help.... Their software has been the Best until now.
