macbook says to close safari

when trying to install flash player it gets halfway finished and says to close safari even when safari is closed.

I have the same problem, trying to install adobe on my MacBook Air for a week now, and still nothing.  I hope I'll find a solution soon !

Just close all instances of Safari.  If you don't know how, restart, then run the downloaded installer before doing anything else.
