Thanks for the question. If you want to write a message to accompany the file(s) you're sending with Adobe Send, I believe the limit is 1,000 characters. If you need more space than that, you can always send the file to yourself first, and then copy the link into a new email to the recipient (although if you have to send to more than a few people and track each individual's activity, I suppose this method won't work so well for you). With SendNow I could include in the message all the instructions and
disclaimers to my clients. With Send I can only paste into the message
about half of that. Is there any way to get more space for the message? I
can't shorten my message at all. I may have to look for alternatives to
