    Video not Saving


      I have been unable to get video to render, regardless of the export type I choose.  All I get is audio.  In advanced settings I frequently find it on the incorrect PAL standard.  How do I get the video to save with the audio, and where can I make sure this is set on the proper U.S. standard?

          Which version of the program are you using on what operating system?


          What model of camcorder is your video coming from and what format and resolution is it?


          What are your Premiere Elements Project Settings, as listed under the Edit menu?


          Have you ensured that you have the latest version of Quicktime, per the program's requirements?


          Have you tried playing your video in the free download VLC Player?
