I agree with John. This may not be the best program for editing video from that screen capture program. Especially if the area you're recording from your screen is something other than a standard video resolution like 1920x1080.
Although I believe that the Delgato has a number of output options. Which video output specs are you using to create your editable video?
What other video formats and codecs are available?
My output settings are: 1920x1080, 29.97 fps progressive, 12.0 Mbps (5.5 GB/hour)
