    Email change


      Dear Adobe,


      I have signed up for creative cloud and payed for full package with my new email.

      I have installed the creative cloud. Now it is asking me to verify my old email address that is not active any more, even though the program has been bought under the profile with new email address.

      Therefore I cannot use the software that I bought.


      I would appreciate if you could help me with this.
