1. Re: Is there a way to direct info@domain1.com and info@domain2.com to different users?
Matt Baracz May 20, 2014 4:52 PM (in response to NucleusNet)If you log into webmail as these email accounts, you're able to set up a forward under the 'Settings' tab. Is this what you're referring to?

2. Re: Is there a way to direct info@domain1.com and info@domain2.com to different users?
NucleusNet May 21, 2014 12:02 PM (in response to Matt Baracz)No, not quite. If you add two different domains to a single BC account and then when you create an email account "info" it doesn't matter if you send an email to "info@domain1.com" or "info@domain2.com" the email goes to the "info" email. I have a client who has two domains and wants to have two separate emails, "info@domain1.com" and "info@domain2.com". Is there a way to do that?

Matt Baracz May 21, 2014 10:29 PM (in response to NucleusNet)Thanks for clarifying.
There's no way to achieve this - it's only possible to host one mail box using our service per site. All additional mailboxes will simply be added as aliases. What you can do is host one mailbox on Business Catalyst and then point the other to an external mail service such as GoDaddy or Google Apps.
