Customised toolbar buttons in skin RH10 are not visible when publishing to RH9 server

I have customised my skin with buttons (e.g. print, show all, hide all) in RH10. These are visible when I generate. When I publish to RH9 server the only buttons visible are the default. Contents, Search, Index and Glossary. Can anyone help me.

There shouldn't be any issue with customised skin buttons. We do this all the time. Check that all the required files have been published to the server. See this post if in doubt about where to look.
