Why are you exporting a SWF file from After Effects? This is almost never a good idea. (In fact, in the next version of After Effects, export to SWF has been removed.)
It is nearly always a better idea to export a video file (e.g., in H.264 format through Adobe Media Encoder) that you can then link or embed in a SWF container through Flash Professional.
Ok, I did exported it as a video file such as .flv or H.264, then I converted it to swf. What happens is I produce a 28MB .flv video, but that video becomes 280MB when I convert it to .swf.
Ya it's not a good idea to export a SWF file from AE. But if anyone here could help me do the render I'll be glad.
The recommendation was not to convert the FLV file to SWF. The recommendation was to link or embed the FLV file in a SWF using Flash Professional. That is how video is supposed to be used in a SWF container for Flash Player.
Meaning to say I should make a SWF that plays my video file within it? Thank you very much for that suggestion. I will definitely look it up.
