Payment of subscription was held (I see her site Adobe), but when you start InDesign (previously installed as a trial version) the application does not start and require a serial number.
On the e-mail received nothing.
You may need to call Adobe Customer Service in your region. Or use online chat with an Adobe representative.
Thank you. But in Russia I could not find a regional representative (for on line individual subscribers).
And not even a phone hotline.
