You can use Color Finesse in AE to do this. There may even be a preset for this kind of Color GRADING. Note the word -- "grading". There's an initial step.
which is color CORRECTION: you get all the shots looking the same in terms of color, saturation, white & black levels, gamma, etc. Depending on the consistency of your shots, it may or may not be a big deal. But you need to do it, or the next step is pretty much useless. You can use Color Finesse for it, too. THEN you do the color grading.
But don't think it'll be a snap to do it: you need to know how to use Color Finesse first. Fortunately, there are tutorials for it.
And you'll get better with more experience. People make good livings for their color correction and grading skills, which means they get paid for their knowledge, which means there's a lot to know.
