1. Re: How can I make a webform downloadable as a pdf by the person completing it?
Jeff Canepa May 22, 2014 9:26 AM (in response to mrianmartin)This is a workflow that is not supported by Adobe FormsCentral. In order for the user to get a pdf right away you would need to start with a pdf form. In FormsCentral you can create the form, save it to pdf (with Forms Collection enabled), and host the pdf file on your own website. When users open the pdf they will be able to fill it out, submit the data, and print the file if they wish. With further editing of the pdf file in Acrobat Pro you could add actions to the pdf file like a print button or an action like a save after submit. This would require some knowledge with either JavaScript or Actions.

mrianmartin May 23, 2014 1:29 AM (in response to Jeff Canepa)Thanks Jeff.
Unfortunately I could not get the 'help' tooltip text to appear when saving a form in pdf (rather than as a web form) so this isn't quite suitable either.

3. Re: How can I make a webform downloadable as a pdf by the person completing it?
Jeff Canepa May 27, 2014 10:53 AM (in response to mrianmartin)The way that help text works in pdf is different than from FormsCentral (with HTML forms). The text is there, but it is not displayed with the question mark icon. If you hover your cursor over the pdf field, the help text will pop up as a tool tip.
